DPIA module

When performing the analysis, the user can easily identify and capture risks. It includes a direct classification of the risk, which becomes instantly visible in the DPIA. At the same time, users can implement measures to mitigate the risk. PCC’s DPIA does not just lead to a complete report, but also a workable overview of measures resulting from the risks determined.

The DPIA module does not only support simple analyses, but also complex organizations with a strong division of tasks and responsibilities for all the processes involved.

A distinction can be made between the person in charge of the procedures, who knows the characteristics of the process well and who is also aware of the risks, the Data Protection Officer or Privacy Officer who is responsible for the protection of personal data in the organization and the person ultimately responsible of prioritizing measures and budgets.

Performing the DPIA can either be done through the standardized version in Privacy Control Center (PCC) or by creating a customized DPIA for your organization or branch.
